To open the mutators menu, simply click on Mutators:

You can only select one mutator at a time. If you now click Submit, again the majority of the other players has to accepct. As an admin, you have the privilege to select different mutators at once (without the need for asking the other players for permission). For the activation of the mutator, the map will restart.

By clicking on No Mutators you vote for the deactivation of all mutators.

On the right side you’ll find the Arenas.

Again, you can only vote for one arena at a time, and again the other players have to accept. If there is already an arena match running, you can also vote for No Arena to disable the arena mode (if the other players accept).
